WearWell
Warranty Guide
A clear guide to product care, quality, and support.
Kidluna creates children’s clothing for everyday play, soft comfort, and polished little wardrobes. This guide explains how we review product quality concerns for tees, overalls, one-pieces, dresses, activewear sets, swimwear, outerwear, cozy layers, and daily kidswear essentials.
Quality concerns
We review concerns related to material, stitching, trims, fasteners, and product condition when an item arrives.
Order details matter
Your order number, item name, and photos help our team understand the issue quickly and accurately.
Normal wear differs
Everyday play, washing, stains, sizing changes, and regular wear are handled differently from product defects.
Support first
Please contact Kidluna before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct review process.
Review Process
How to start a quality review with Kidluna.
Warranty-related support begins with clear information. Our team reviews the order, product condition, photos, and care context to determine the most appropriate next step.
Share your order information
Contact Kidluna with your order number, email address used at checkout, product name, size, and a short explanation of the concern.
Include clear photos
Send bright, focused photos of the full garment and close-up images of the issue. This helps us review stitching, fabric, trims, snaps, zippers, or surface details.
Wait for support guidance
Our team will review the details and reply with next steps. Please do not ship items back unless Kidluna has confirmed return instructions.
Resolution after review
If support is available, Kidluna may guide you through a replacement, exchange, return review, or another suitable resolution based on item condition and availability.
What May Be Reviewed
We look closely at construction, materials, and arrival condition.
Kidluna reviews quality concerns that may involve product construction or condition when received. Each request is evaluated individually because kidswear includes different fabrics, trims, finishes, and garment types.
What is usually outside warranty support?
Children’s clothing is made to move through real life. Some issues are part of normal use, care routines, or fit changes rather than product quality concerns.
Everyday wear
Stains, scuffs, pilling from use, playground marks, snags, or fabric changes caused by regular wear are typically not treated as warranty issues.
Care-related changes
Damage from high heat, harsh detergents, improper washing, bleach, ironing mistakes, or not following the garment care label may be outside coverage.
Fit and growth
Size changes, growth spurts, personal fit preference, or normal shrinkage from care routines may be handled through return or exchange guidance instead.
